David R. Helmuth, PNC
Dave Helmuth served as the Second State Commander from 1997-1998 (being the 1st Son elected to the position) and then again from 2000-2001 as the Fourth State Commander. He was unanimously elected at the State Convention by his peers in June of 1997 and was elected to his second term at the State Convention held at the Sea Crest Hotel in Falmouth in 2000.
Prior to being elected State Commander, Dave served as the original State 1st Vice Commander for Membership. He was also the 1st Son in Massachusetts to become a lifetime member of the organization.
After leaving office as State Commander, Dave served several years as State 1st Vice Commander and Judge Advocate. In addition, he served 3 terms as the National 1st Vice Commander for Membership and became the 1st Son from Massachusetts to be elected as National Commander, in Louisville, KY in 2002.
David transferred his membership to Hudson 208 in September of 2001.
