Steven Dugan served as State Commander from 2015-2017.  After many years of serving the Department in various roles, he was unanimously elected by his peers at the State Convention held in Sturbridge, MA by his peers in June of 2015, and reelected in June of 2016. 

Prior to becoming State Commander, Steve served as Squadron Commander as well as other offices at Squadron 51, and was a founding member of the same Squadron.

During his term as State Commander, he founded EMMAS, a non-profit dedicated to serving and raising funds for those with autism and related disorders.

Steve returned to elected State Office in 2018, serving as the State 1st Vice Commander ever since.
