James Flanigan
James Flanigan served as State Commander from 1996-1997, and was the 1st Son to hold the office, setting the stage for those who would follow. He was selected at the first State meeting by his peers.
After completing his only term as State Commander, James served for 12 straight years as State Finance Officer. He remains the only Son who has ALWAYS been on our State Finance Committee.
