State convention

The 2012 AMVETS State Convention will be held May 30-June 3 at the Sturbridge Host Hotel & Conference Center in Sturbridge, MA.

Registration fees for the Convention will be determined at the March SEC.  Registration fees for 2011 were $20.00 for each Delegate and Alternate Delegate.

> 5:00-10:00: Sad Sacks Fun Night

 

Friday, June 1

> 6:00-11:00: Red, White & Blue Night

 

Saturday, June 2

> 10:00-12:00: Joint Opening Ceremonies

> 12:00-1:00: Sons Registration

> 1:00-5:00: Sons General Session

> 6:00-7:00: State Commander’s Reception

> 7:00-11:00: State Commander’s Banquet

 

Sunday, June 3

> 1:00-5:00: AMVETS Installation and Reception

The State Convention will once again be held at the Sturbridge Host Hotel & Conference Center.

Directions: Take the Mass Pike to Exit 9 and get on Route 20 West.  The Hotel will be a short ways down on the right hand side.
